They have gone from the punitive fines that would start immediately that were part of the Baccus plan to a phased approach that won't start until the second year, but our government intends to require us to give money to private corporations for plans that will be priced at their discretion. <br /><br />You have to love the arguments they use, too. If I own a car, I have to buy auto insurance. If I own a house, I have to buy homeowners insurance. And now if I am alive, I will have to buy health insurance. Which of these things is not like the others?
